General Orders
All orders placed with Hello Poppy Lane Florist and Noi Dep Flower Farm are final, non-refundable, and cannot be changed once confirmed.
Farm Experiences
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will only be issued if:
An event is cancelled or rescheduled due to host/artist illness.
Minimum enrolments are not met.
In these cases, all registered participants will be contacted and offered either an alternative date or a full refund.
Refunds will not be provided if:
You are unable to attend due to personal circumstances, change of mind, or government restrictions/postponements.
You withdraw from the event voluntarily (fees will be forfeited).
Ticket transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. This is your responsibility to arrange. Please notify us of the name change prior to the event so they can attend.
Missed events: It is your responsibility to remember the date of your event. Forgotten or missed bookings are non-refundable.
Your Obligations
You must follow all health and safety directions given by Hello Poppy Lane & Noi Dep Flower Farm staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
Hazardous or dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
Any behaviour that may cause harm, risk, or nuisance to others will result in removal from the event without refund.
Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to your property.
Limitations of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, attendance at events and workshops is entirely at your own risk. As a working flower farm, there are natural hazards and risks present. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during attendance.
Photography & Video
Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes (social media, website, and promotional materials).
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member before the workshop begins.
Refunds & Cancellations
All online learning programs are non-refundable.
Content Ownership
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Hello Poppy Lane and Noi Dep Flower Farm.
Prohibited Activities
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content without prior written consent from Hello Poppy Lane or Noi Dep Flower Farm.
Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets shared in course content.
Copyright Notice
Do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included in course materials.
Termination
Hello Poppy Lane and Noi Dep Flower Farm reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to online content at any time if these terms are violated.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
